I am excited to announce a new partnership between Michelle Hébert and Stylish Fabric!
To celebrate new beginnings, we are hosting a 2-week long contest OPEN TO ALL ARTISTS starting January 3nd, ending January 18th.
THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER
The Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a brand new Brother® Sewing Machine with all machine accessories, a sewing box kit, and $100 in Stylish Fabric.
2nd place will be awarded $50 in Stylish Fabric and 3rd place will win $25 in Stylish Fabric.
Winners will be announced on Monday January 23, 2017
THE RULES ARE SIMPLE
In the spirit of collaboration, create something extraordinary. Be it with a pencil, pen, paint, camera, digitally, clay, fabric —create your best work of art that re-interprets the designs of Michelle Hébert & her collaborators in your own style.
Every contestant will receive a 25% off coupon for Stylish Fabric good through January 18th – February 1st. The grand prize winner will receive a brand new Brother® XR3140 Sewing Machine with all accessories, a Sewing Box Kit, and $100 in fabric of their choice!
REMEMBER:
This contest is for more than just fashion designers, it is for any artist who is seeking a new tool to express their creativity.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
1. CREATIVITY | A piece that is beautiful, meaningful, and/or “awe-inspiring”.
2. TECHNIQUE | The level of skill and effort will be noted.
3. RELEVANCE | If the artwork utilized one of the three images for inspiration in: mood, color, dynamics, story, and/or subject matter.
HOW TO ENTER
How to enter in 3-Steps:
STEP #1
Submit your information in the form below or here before January 18th 11:59 PST.
You are encouraged to submit this before sharing your artwork so we can keep an eye out for your entry!
STEP #2
Choose the image that your work will be inspired by. There are three image options below. You are allowed ONE ENTRY PER IMAGE for a total of THREE POSSIBLE ENTRIES.
**We recommend focusing on ONE Entry and making that One entry astounding, but you have the option of Three if you feel comfortable making Three quality art pieces.

We will be on the look out for your entry/entries which must be submitted on Instagram with the hashtag: #SFxMH with @stylishfabric & @michellehebertofficial tagged in the caption and on the photo.
